Right groin pain with ejaculation

Right groin pain with ejaculation

Under normal circumstances, there are always some bacteria in our bodies. If our body's immunity and resistance are in a relatively healthy state, then the body will also be relatively healthy. Once there are some changes, our body will develop some symptoms. Inflammation of the vas deferens is a common phenomenon for men. Of course, there are many reasons for men to suffer from inflammation of the vas deferens. When suffering from the disease, timely treatment is required.

Pain in the right groin during ejaculation should alert you to the possibility of inflammation of the vas deferens. It is recommended that you go to a regular hospital's andrology department for further examination to determine the cause and treatment, and be hospitalized for systematic diagnosis and treatment if necessary.

Causes

① Congenital abnormalities.

The vas deferens is congenitally underdeveloped or underdeveloped, and is not connected to the epididymis, etc., often accompanied by underdeveloped seminal vesicles, resulting in low semen volume and no sperm.

②Inflammatory stenosis.

Various pathogens cause inflammation of the vas deferens, forming scars and leading to occlusion of the lumen. In severe cases, it may lead to azoospermia.

③Tumor:

Obstruction of the vas deferens lumen due to compression by tumors in the vas deferens itself or adjacent organs is also one of the causes of azoospermia.

④ Trauma or surgical injury, such as hernia repair, leading to lumen obstruction.

Vasectomy is a procedure that artificially blocks the lumen of the tube to prevent sperm from being discharged and achieve the purpose of birth control. It is one of the main methods of male sterilization. Infertility caused by obstruction of the vas deferens may result in normal testicular spermatogenesis, but no sperm can be found in the semen. Various imaging procedures are often required, such as vaso-seminal vesiculography, vaso-epididymalography, and urethrography, to determine the site of the obstruction. A male urological examination, similar to a female gynecological examination, is necessary to diagnose the cause of infertility. Examination can reveal the cause of the couple's illness and provide appropriate treatment, such as antibiotics, anti-inflammatory drugs and surgery.

Symptoms of vas deferens

(1) Acute vas deferens

The affected side of the scrotum is swollen and painful, the skin is red and swollen, and the pain radiates to the abdomen and the thigh root on the same side, often causing the patient to bend over and hold his abdomen. There is local tenderness in the scrotum and obvious tenderness in the vas deferens. In severe cases, fever may occur and purulent lesions may form around the vas deferens.

(2) Chronic vas deferens

The affected side of the scrotum is painful or red and swollen, and the pain radiates to the abdomen and thigh. Its clinical symptoms are milder than those of acute vas deferens, with a slow onset and a history of recurrent attacks. It is often accompanied by testicular and epididymitis. Physical examination can show that the scrotal section of the vas deferens becomes thicker and harder. In severe cases, the vas deferens is adhered to the surrounding area, the levator testis muscle is tense, and the scrotum and testicles are retracted. Vas deferens nodules that occur after vas deferens injury or vasectomy develop from the nodule to both ends, causing the vas deferens to thicken or become adhered. The nodules may be painful or asymptomatic.

Specific treatment methods

1. Audio therapy:

For those with obvious local lumps, audio therapy can be used to reduce swelling, relieve pain, soften and disperse lumps, once a day, each time for 20 minutes.

2. Laser irradiation:

Local irradiation with helium-neon laser acts on the local area through thermal effect, light effect, electromagnetic field effect, etc., which has the effects of anti-inflammatory, detumescence, and analgesia.

3. Ultrasound:

The treatment for this type of vas deferens is to increase the local tissue temperature, dilate small blood vessels, and improve local microcirculation to dissipate the swollen nodules.
