Beware of eight "red lights" in couples' lives

The love, affection, attachment, tenderness and sharing that are overflowing in the sexual life of couples can produce very wonderful feelings. However, improper methods or behaviors can lead to various problems. Have you encountered them? Please pay attention to the eight "red lights" that light up in the sexual life of couples!

"Red Light" 1:

Cramps and pain. The most common is muscle spasm in the outer thigh or calf during sexual intercourse, commonly known as "cramps". The cause of this may be related to overly strenuous movements and excessive muscle stretching during sexual intercourse.

"Red Light" 2:

Allergic to sexual activity. After diagnosing many cases of sexual allergies, Dr. Deb Winer, professor of obstetrics and gynecology at New York University School of Medicine, pointed out that most allergies occur due to intolerance to creams, latex, other contraceptive devices and drugs. Women often feel vaginal stinging and burning.

So the allergy is not really an allergy to the sexual act itself. If an allergic reaction occurs, wipe or rinse with water, a wet towel or paper towel to remove any remaining liquid, cream, etc., and then take a warm bath.

"Red Light" Three:

Slippage of contraceptives . Almost all married people have experienced the accident of condom breaking or vaginal diaphragm slipping off. There is no need to be nervous if this happens. The correct way to do it is to take the emergency contraceptive pill twice within 72 hours. If the condom falls off in the vagina, just gently pinch its base and pull it out.

Red Light 4:

Neck pain. Neck muscles that are stiff or stretched can easily lead to sprains. You can twist a towel into a strand and wrap it around your neck, tying the two ends tightly to support your head and reduce the burden on your muscles.

Red Light 5:

The diaphragm cannot be removed. Generally, rotating a diaphragm is as easy as lacing up a shoe. But sometimes more intense sexual movements can push the vaginal diaphragm deeper, making it difficult to remove.

In this regard, health scientists recommend the following approach: squat, hold your breath and contract your abdomen, the vaginal diaphragm will be pushed outward to a position where you can grab it and take it out by yourself.

Red Light 6:

Sprained back. Regardless of the cause or position of back pain, sexual activity should be discontinued immediately. Normal sexual life should not be painful. Back pain during sexual intercourse is more common in women with relatively weak back muscles. The treatment method is to immediately bend the knees and lie on your side, place a pillow between the knees, and apply local cold compress.

Red Light 7:

Troubles caused by excessive sexual life: urinary tract infection. This is a common question. Generally speaking, having sex 4-5 times a week or for too long each time is considered "excessive". Excessive sex can cause bacteria to invade the urethra and even ascend to the bladder, leading to urinary tract infection.

Red Light 8:

Pelvic congestion. When a woman is sexually excited, a large amount of blood rushes into the pelvic tissue, causing congestion. If orgasm is not achieved, pelvic congestion subsides slowly. At this time, you should lie flat and raise your hips with a pillow, do this for half an hour each time, 3-4 times a day. This can help blood reflux. If necessary, you can take anti-inflammatory drugs such as aspirin.
