There are three magic weapons for men and women to enjoy sexual happiness

The differences in physiological structure and thinking patterns between men and women lead to differences in their health-preserving methods. Only by focusing on health preservation according to their respective characteristics can we achieve twice the result with half the effort.


1. Boys need to be raised in a “cold” way, while girls need to be raised in a “warm” way.

An Australian survey found that women living in warm, sunnier areas live longer; men living in cooler climates live longer. In life, we also find that men are more "hot-tempered" and afraid of heat, while women are more afraid of cold. Therefore, men might as well try the "cold" health regimen. Zhang Zhichao, deputy chief physician of the Andrology Center of Peking University First Hospital, recommends that when men take a sauna or hot bath, the temperature should be between 37℃ and 41℃, for 15 to 20 minutes each time. They should also try to "quit" the habits of using laptops on their thighs, riding or driving for long periods of time, wearing tight and thick jeans, and sitting on loose sofas for long periods of time, as these habits will cause the scrotum to be surrounded and compressed, resulting in increased testicular temperature and affected reproductive function.

Women should stick to the "hot" health regimen. For example, soaking your feet in hot water at about 40℃ before going to bed can relieve back pain and promote sleep; use warm water more often when doing housework to prevent arthritis and gynecological diseases; pay attention to adding clothes at any time to protect your abdomen, eat less cold and raw food to avoid being troubled by irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, etc.


2. Men should supplement zinc, and women should supplement iron and calcium.

Differences in physiological structure also determine the different nutrient needs of men and women. When women have their period, iron loss accelerates; after menopause, due to hormonal changes, bone loss also accelerates, so women need more iron and calcium supplements. Zinc is essential for men and affects the secretion of male hormones. In normal excretion, men lose more zinc than women every day. The "Dietary Reference Intake of Chinese Residents" points out that adult women need to consume 11.5 mg of zinc per day, while men need 15 mg.

Wang Xingguo, director of the nutrition department of Dalian Central Hospital, said that women aged 19 to 50 need about 18 mg of iron per day on average, while men only need 8 mg. Women under 50 need about 800 mg of calcium per day, and after 50, it needs to be increased to 1000 mg or even more. Therefore, women should eat more iron-rich foods such as beef, chicken breast, salmon, animal liver, dark chocolate, as well as calcium-rich foods such as dairy products, soy products, and eggs. Men should eat more foods rich in zinc, such as seaweed, beef, pork liver, sesame, and seafood.


3. Men should control their mouths and women should sleep well.

Illness comes from the mouth. Men face this risk more than women. Professor Shen Yanying from Beijing Chaoyang Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University said that the proportion of men who smoke and drink heavily is significantly higher than that of women. Tobacco contains hundreds of harmful substances, and alcohol may cause more than 60 diseases. In addition, men's physique determines that they need to eat more meat, and the dietary problems caused by frequent social engagements are also more serious, so it is particularly important to control your diet.

A survey in Shanghai found that the number of women with poor sleep quality is 1.7 times that of men. Shen Yanying said that sleep is very important for both men and women, but women have relatively poorer sleep quality due to personality, psychological and other reasons. In addition to trying to maintain a positive attitude, women can try these "preparation for sleep" techniques: drink some milk before bed, eat some oatmeal and other sleep-inducing foods, do not do strenuous exercise 2 hours before bedtime, and do not play with mobile phones after 9pm.


4. Men protect their stomachs, while women protect their brains.

If a man can't control his mouth, his stomach will be hurt. Shen Yanying said that harmful substances ingested can damage the gastric mucosa. Compared with women, men have a higher incidence of diseases such as gastric ulcers and gastritis. If men want to protect their stomachs, they should say goodbye to high-salt, high-oil diets and eat some stomach-nourishing foods such as pasta, millet porridge and bananas. They should also seize the two "golden hours" between 5:00-7:00 in the morning and 20:00-21:00 before going to bed to lie on their backs in bed and rub their abdomens.

Shen Yanying said that the prevalence of cognitive impairment in women is higher than that in men, and the trend becomes more obvious with increasing age. A North American study found that female patients with cognitive impairment begin to shrink their brains earlier than male patients. Interests, a good attitude, etc. are "necessities" for brain health. Middle-aged and elderly women should pay more attention to cultivating interests and hobbies, communicating more with others, and integrating into society.


5. Men train their strength, while women train their flexibility.

For men, losing muscle means losing the essence of life. If a man after the age of 40 cannot complete 10 push-ups or squat 19 times repeatedly in 30 seconds, it means that his muscle strength is obviously insufficient. Gou Bo, a professor at the Department of Health Sciences of Xi'an Sports University, pointed out that middle-aged people can exercise the muscles of the shoulders, back, upper arms, waist, abdomen, and lower limbs separately, and focus on "breaking through" the waist and abdomen. The elderly can use gentler methods such as lifting dumbbells to train the upper limbs and half squatting to train the lower limbs.

The perfect combination of curves and softness creates a woman's enviable figure. Zhong Ling, a well-known Chinese rhythmic gymnast, once said that practicing flexibility is a lifelong lesson for women. Although some people are born with poor flexibility, acquired training can also be effective, and it is not too late after the age of 40. 6. Men need quiet, women need to vent.

Men and women have different psychological needs, and they behave differently when they experience psychological stress. Shen Yanying said that when their emotions explode, many men will show some "violence" due to male hormones, and they like to throw things and use physical contact. Men cannot keep things to themselves, but it is also recommended to restrain their venting methods and learn to be quieter.

Women do need to release emotional garbage more than men, and "crying" and "talking" are their weapons to relieve stress. But Shen Yanying reminded that women should pay attention to the occasion when they speak, such as not nagging their husbands in front of children or in public places. ▲
