You can just say, "I was born from my mother's belly." If the child asks again, you can say, "There is a place called uterus in my mother's belly. Don't make a fuss or reprimand young children for playing with their sexual organs, watching naked bodies, or playing sexual games between children. Let nature take its course and use clever methods to divert the child's attention so that they stop without realizing it. Otherwise, the abnormal behavior of adults will leave children with the wrong impression that they are mysterious, scary, or even obscene, causing sexual and psychological barriers.
