The more a woman screams in pain, the more excited a man becomes

Sexual intercourse between men and women should be a mutually enjoyable process, but this is not the case in real life. There is even a situation where the woman screams in pain while the man enjoys and is excited. There are many reasons for this situation. It may be that the man is too impatient and ignores the woman's feelings, or it may be that the woman suffers from a certain disease, causing difficulty and pain in intercourse. Regardless of the cause, both men and women should pay attention to it.

The experience of sexual arousal in both men and women

There are significant differences between men and women in their experience of sexual arousal. Men generally experience sexual arousal more easily than women. There are mainly two reasons: from a physiological perspective, men's sexual response is mainly concentrated in the penis, not as generalized as women's; from a social perspective, the sexual repression suffered by men is far less intense than that suffered by women.

If the psychological integration of men and women is harmonious and the emotional experience is strong during the sexual excitement period, the intensity of sexual excitement will continue to increase and gradually transition to the plateau period.

Female sexual excitement

Increased secretion of love fluid

The most obvious sign that a woman is sexually excited is an increase in the secretion of the Bartholin's glands and vaginal fluid, which can be felt by hand. If there is no secretion of love juice, it means that she is not yet sexually aroused.

Clitoral Erection

The erection of the penis is the primary sign of sexual excitement in men, but when women become sexually excited, the clitoris will also become engorged and erect.

The appearance of sexual flush

Sexual flush refers to the vasodilation and congestion caused by sexual excitement, which manifests as redness of the skin on a woman's face, neck, and chest, and sometimes the skin all over the body may also become congested and red.

Increased breathing and heart rate

When a woman becomes sexually excited, she may experience shortness of breath, groaning, and restlessness. During orgasm, their breathing can reach 40 beats per minute and their heart rate can reach 120 beats per minute. Some women's heart rate can even reach 150 to 160 beats per minute.

Changes in breasts and nipples

When a woman enters a period of sexual excitement, her breasts will quickly become engorged with blood, the surface will become red, hot, swollen, and the nipples will become hard.

Regular muscle contraction

The main manifestations are hand and foot cramps and facial distortion.

Chronic genital pain that occurs during sexual intercourse, is not associated with sexual intercourse, or is present regardless of sexual intercourse. Some men do not believe women's complaints about pain during intercourse, and a few even believe that intercourse is supposed to be painful for women. They were all wrong.

Pain is a mind-body experience that has psychological and emotional components. Stress, anxiety, and depression can make pain worse. It is important to distinguish between psychological and physical factors because each may require different treatments. If psychotherapy doesn't work, maybe physical therapy will work, and vice versa.

Causes of painful intercourse in women

1. Lack of lubrication

Poorly lubricated intercourse is a major cause of pain in women. Many normal women do not produce enough natural vaginal lubrication. As women age 40 and enter menopause, lubrication problems become more common. Oral sex can provide some additional lubrication. Still, any woman who experiences vaginal dryness is best served using a commercial lubricant—and lots of it.

2. Sex without feeling

Most women need a long (about 30-45 minutes) "warm-up" before they can enjoy sex. If a man rushes to "move forward" before a woman is ready, she is likely to feel pain. Painless sex is based on easy and playful full body caressing. Men should go slower and slower, and wait a while before "pushing forward". Women must be given enough time to relax, become aroused, and be ready to receive. Sex therapists recommend spending at least 30 minutes before vaginal intercourse on kissing, cuddling, mutual body caressing, and oral sex.

3. Too fast and too deep

However, even if there is no lubrication problem and she is sufficiently aroused, it will still hurt if he pushes too hard. Don't imitate pornography. The vagina is not hollow but is tightly surrounded by muscle tissue. These muscle tissues will only relax when she has "warmed up" and is ready for sexual intercourse, and will only "give way" when the penis slowly enters without causing pain.

Going too deep can also cause pain, especially in doggy style. To enjoy painless rear entry, it is best for the man to remain still and allow the woman to move at the pace she wants. In this way, she can control the comfortable depth herself. Similarly, in the woman-on-top position, it is best for the man not to move around, let her sit still, and control the speed and depth that makes him comfortable.

4. Problems in relationships

If a woman is in an emotionally painful relationship, sexual intercourse may also be physically painful. If this is the case, it might be best to see a relationship counselor or sex therapist together.

5. Contraceptive pills

Today, birth control pills are a major cause of dyspareunia in women. They cause the body to produce too much sex hormone-binding globulin, which triggers biochemical changes that lead to pain. Women with dyspareunia should stop taking the pills and take supplements of estrogen and androgen to normalize hormone levels in the body.

6. Vulvar skin condition

Vaginal douching, pubic hair shaving, sunburn, latex (condom) allergy, irritating or fragrant soaps, contact dermatitis caused by feminine hygiene products, or underwear made of artificial synthetic fiber fabrics may cause inflammation, and the female vulva skin is very sensitive to this. If your vulva becomes red or itchy, it is best to consult a doctor.

7. Sexually transmitted diseases

Chlamydia, genital warts, and pelvic inflammatory disease can all make intercourse painful. If increased passion and improved lubrication do not relieve the pain, it is best to see a doctor.

8. Other vaginal infections

Vaginal yeast or bacterial infection (vaginitis) can also cause pain during intercourse, which can worsen the day after intercourse. Women with this problem also need to be checked.

9. Irritation caused by oxalic acid

Some foods contain oxalic acid. Women who are sensitive to oxalate may experience urethral inflammation, which can cause pain. Foods high in oxalate include: celery, coffee, chocolate, rhubarb, spinach and strawberries. Vulvar pain

10. Vaginismus

Vaginismus causes the pelvic muscles to spasm, causing the vagina to close tightly. If the condition is not serious, sexual intercourse may be uncomfortable; in severe cases, the penis may not even be able to enter the vagina, and attempting to do so may cause severe pain. Ask your doctor to confirm whether vaginismus is a problem.

11. Vulvar vestibulitis

This little-known condition involves inflammation of the tiny vestibular glands inside the vagina. Examination for vulvar vestibulitis involves pressing the tissue with a cotton swab. If you have vulvar vestibulitis, the pressure from the cotton swab can cause severe pain. For some women, symptoms disappear over time as lubrication improves. Other treatments include biofeedback, Kegel exercises, a low-oxalate diet, support from others, or surgical removal of the glands (vestibular glandectomy).

12. Other situations

Women's sexual intercourse pain may also be caused by urethral prolapse, endometriosis, interstitial cystitis, irritable bowel syndrome and gynecological cancer, and the examination of the disease should include the above conditions.
