Menstruation is a necessary process for women, and it is a sign of being a normal woman. Not only that, menstruation is also a criterion for determining whether there is disease or not. Because of this, many times, to know whether a woman is sick, you can just look at her menstruation. However, men will never understand the "embarrassment" of women having menstruation. Why is that?

Most men cannot understand women's hysteria before and after menstruation. Some men even insist that if women demand gender equality every day, they should not use menstruation to play the weak role to gain sympathy.

If a man can endure having his genitals kicked by high heels for seven days without flinching, then a woman can also go through her menstrual period in peace. Does it hurt so much?

It depends on the person. Some women may even faint from the pain of menstrual cramps. What do you think? Men, please try to put a bunch of wet toilet paper in your crotch for 5 to 7 days in a row; and, please note that you should change it every 1 to 3 hours (depending on the flow) to avoid overflow!

Even if an adult woman has been dealing with menstruation for more than ten years, she still cannot calculate exactly when she will receive the first drop of blood. Sometimes, when the period comes, it is natural to put on a pad first to prevent it from happening. But who would have thought that after putting on a pad for 4 or 5 days, it would be in vain. Just when you are about to give up and take out the sanitary pad, it rains unexpectedly. You can only pray that you are not in the wild or that you are not wearing white pants.

How uncomfortable would it be to have a piece of wet tissue stuck between your legs? What’s even more frustrating is that sometimes it’s hard to know whether the toilet is full just by feeling. If you are a busy office worker with many meetings to attend; or you happen to be a mom who sells sweets and has to walk a long way to the public toilet; or you happen to be a female artist who is about to release an album and has to wear super short shorts or act out a tragic scene in the MTV today; can you not be anxious?

Sometimes I think it is full, but when I rush to the toilet, I find it is only 1/3 full. Should I get a new one? Sometimes when I sit and drink coffee, my legs are tightly clamped together; the warmth in my mouth distracts me from the temperature in my lower body. When I come to my senses and go to the bathroom to check, I find that my period has overflowed, and naturally I become flustered again. Can you not be emotional?

I believe most boys have experienced wet dreams! Are you tired of washing bed sheets? Please think about it, what you wash is transparent, but what we wash is blood-stained, is it difficult? Menstruation is not like tap water. You can't operate the switch by yourself and it can stop or come as you please. I think men probably don't understand how maddening it is that menstrual blood can stay and go as it pleases.

In the last one or two days, the menstrual blood became noticeably less; sometimes, there was only one drop in the whole day. When I thought I no longer needed a sanitary napkin, it suddenly spit out a drop in the middle of the night, not more, not less, just like the drop that a weak scholar with tuberculosis spit out before dying. After one bite, I have to wash my underwear, sheets, and the quilt under the sheets.

So, men, can you start to understand women and be considerate of their PMS? Don’t think it’s dirty just because you see blood. Don’t forget that all of you were born from there. Next time, help wash the sheets!
