Many of us men do not know that there are actually many problems with our bodies. For example, many people are skeptical about their sexual functions. Of course, when it comes to this topic, have we ever thought that when our penis is strong, it may be because our body is too strong that this condition occurs? Do you know by then, when our penis becomes very hard but will not fall down for a long time, we will certainly feel uncomfortable. At this time, don’t be happy and think that our sex life is very good. This is also a problem that many people ignore. Many of us don’t know that this is unhealthy. Not only will it not make our sex life healthier, it will make our sexual function not as healthy as before. Prolonged abnormal erection of the penis is actually a type of male sexual dysfunction. Abnormal penile erection refers to a state of persistent penile erection that is unrelated to sexual desire. It can occur in men of all ages, but is more common in young and middle-aged men aged 20 to 50. The clinical incidence of persistent penile erection is about 1/100,000, which is a very rare condition. There are few reports of patients experiencing sustained erections for more than 140 hours in China. The main causes of this disease are excessive blood supply to the penile artery, obstruction of penile venous reflux, and abnormal contraction of the corpus cavernosum. Clinically, abnormal penile erection is divided into primary and secondary types. The cause of primary priapism is still unclear. Secondary priapism is often seen in various diseases that cause pelvic venous thrombosis, such as metastasis of malignant tumors, leukemia, sickle cell anemia, thrombophlebitis, spinal cord injury and local penile injury. Certain drugs such as thiazides, hepatocyte hydrolysate (Gan Tai), testosterone, hydralazine, etc. can also cause abnormal penile erection. In addition, some patients with high blood pressure, heart disease, and emphysema may experience frequent erections when their condition worsens. Especially before cerebral infarction, myocardial infarction, and when there is excessive blood loss due to trauma, the patient's penis will have erection. This shows that spontaneous and sustained penile erection is a response of the body to hypoxia and a warning to the human body of hypoxia. Andrology experts point out that taking aphrodisiac drugs or having too intense sexual intercourse may also induce abnormal penile erection in men. On the contrary, abnormal penile erection at this time is not a manifestation of hypersexuality. Excessive sexual activity can cause persistent congestion in the penis, which is clinically manifested as swelling and unbearable pain in the penis. If the condition continues to develop, it can cause blood stasis, increased viscosity, difficulty in venous return, and even the formation of blood clots and local lumps. If you are eager to make your penis flaccid and use arousal or sexual intercourse to force ejaculation, the result will be the opposite. Instead of becoming flaccid, the penis will become more swollen and painful. So, when we encounter this situation, do we need to go to the hospital for timely treatment to alleviate some unhealthy effects in our body? So we still need to pay attention to whether we have some bad influences. |
