Can I get pregnant if my boyfriend doesn't ejaculate?

Modern sexual concepts are gradually becoming more open, allowing more and more young people to enjoy the pleasures of both sexes in advance. However, since most young people have no sexual experience, they are unable to prevent unwanted pregnancies while enjoying the pleasure, which has a great adverse effect on women. Therefore, it is very necessary to understand the relevant knowledge about both sexes. Let’s take a look at whether it is possible to get pregnant if your boyfriend doesn’t ejaculate?

If there is no ejaculation inside the body, conception will not occur and there is no need for oral contraceptives.

Conditions for conception:

1. The reproductive tract must be unobstructed. The male's vas deferens must be unobstructed so that sperm can be discharged through normal sexual intercourse and enter the female reproductive tract to combine with the egg. The female reproductive tract must also be unobstructed so that the sperm that enters the vagina during sexual intercourse can pass through the cervix and uterus unimpeded and reach the fallopian tube to meet the egg for fertilization. The fertilized egg can also enter the uterine cavity smoothly. If the fallopian tube is blocked, the sperm and egg will lose the opportunity to combine, so once the fallopian tube is blocked, the chance of natural conception is completely lost.

2. The intrauterine environment must be suitable for the implantation and development of the fertilized egg. After the egg is fertilized in the ampulla of the fallopian tube, it develops while moving through the fallopian tube toward the uterus. It reaches the uterine cavity after 3-4 days, is buried in the nutrient-rich endometrium after 6-8 days, and then continues to develop into a fetus. The development of the fertilized egg and the growth of the endometrium are carried out simultaneously. If the fertilized egg enters the uterine cavity earlier or later, the endometrium at this time will not be suitable for the fertilized egg to implant and continue to develop, and pregnancy will not be possible.

3. Under normal physiological conditions, if a couple lives together without taking any contraceptive measures, the chance of conception is 20% each month, 70% in six months, and 80% in one year. If they do not take any contraceptive measures for more than one year and remain infertile, they should undergo a medical examination. In other words, even if a couple has no fertility problems, they cannot get pregnant any month if they want.
