The development of the fertilized egg and the growth of the endometrium are carried out simultaneously. If the fertilized egg enters the uterine cavity earlier or later, the endometrium at this time will not be suitable for the fertilized egg to implant and continue to develop, and pregnancy will not be possible.

3. Under normal physiological conditions, if a couple lives together without taking any contraceptive measures, the chance of conception is 20% each month, 70% in six months, and 80% in one year. If they do not take any contraceptive measures for more than one year and remain infertile, they should undergo a medical examination.
