Never let yourself get stuck in a dead end and always think about the people or things that make you angry, as this will only make you even angrier. In addition, when you feel that your emotions are out of control, you can take the initiative to do some exercise and let the impulsive emotions flow away with the sweat.

Finally, as I often say, you should speak up when something happens and communicate more with your friends. Especially when you are not angry, talk to the person who often makes you angry, listen to each other's most vulnerable things, and think of some ways to communicate your feelings.
