What is the early stage of sexual dysfunction?

Generally speaking, as long as the sex life is kept clean, the possibility of getting sick is still small, but there are still some bad habits that lead to various diseases, one of which is sexually transmitted diseases. As a sexually transmitted disease, there are many types of STDs. Syphilis and gonorrhea are common ones. The most harmful one is AIDS. So far, there is no method that can completely cure it. Therefore, maintaining good sexual behavior is responsible for yourself. The following introduces the classification and symptoms of STDs.

1. Adult men and women must maintain good habits in their sexual life, pay attention to cleanliness and hygiene, and not have promiscuous sex to avoid sexually transmitted diseases, which can be life-threatening in serious cases. So what are the early symptoms of sexually transmitted diseases? In fact, most STDs are transmitted through unclean sexual life, and different types of STDs have different symptoms. But no matter what kind of STD it is, you should seek medical attention promptly when problems occur with your genitals.

2. Classification and symptoms of female sexually transmitted diseases

1. Human papillomavirus and genital warts. About half of all people in the United States will be infected with HPV in their lifetime. The virus consists of more than 100 subtypes, only 30 of which are transmitted through sexual contact. Infection with some of these subtypes is a risk factor for cervical cancer.

Consequences of not treating: Some subtypes will not cause much harm to the human body, but if it is a high-risk subtype, it will induce cervical cancer.

2. Gonorrhea. Gonorrhea is the second most common STD, but like chlamydia, the vast majority of cases go undiagnosed.

Consequences of not being treated: Gonorrhea can cause chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, ectopic pregnancy, and infertility. The pathogen can cause joint and heart diseases after being spread through the blood. Gonorrhea infection also increases the risk of AIDS.

3. AIDS. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, women accounted for 15 percent of new HIV cases between 1999 and 2003.

Consequences of not treating: No treatment is possible.

4. Chlamydia infection. Chlamydia infection is the most commonly reported and most easily sexually transmitted disease, but many cases remain undiagnosed. The peak age for this disease is 15-24 years old.

3.2 Early symptoms of sexually transmitted diseases in men

1. HPV: HPV infection in men manifests as hyperplastic changes (growth of hair thorns) in the skin of the genital area (glans penis, coronal sulcus and urethral opening), resembling a "cocks comb", which generally has no serious consequences.

2. The main symptom of genital herpes is the appearance of small blisters in the genital area, accompanied by pain. After the blisters burst, small red erosions are formed. This disease is often self-limited and usually heals in about 1 week regardless of treatment. However, the virus is not easy to eliminate completely and is prone to recurrence.

3. Chancroid: The pathogen is Treponema pallidum, and the incubation period of the disease is about 2 weeks. The main manifestation of chancroid is a single ulcer with a hard base on the genitals (most commonly on the coronal sulcus of the penis). There may also be swollen lymph nodes in the groin (thigh).

4. Pubic lice are a parasitic infection that lives at the roots of pubic hair. The main symptoms are itching in the pubic area, small worms at the roots of pubic hair, and pinpoint blood spots on underwear. When identifying the above-mentioned sexually transmitted diseases, they should be differentiated from physiological abnormalities such as pearly rash on the coronal sulcus of the penis, small papules on both sides of the frenulum of the foreskin, and flaky sebaceous gland ectopicness on the skin of the penis.
