This type of foreskin is more likely to cause tearing and bleeding during sexual intercourse. Sometimes the foreskin will be pulled back behind the glans and get stuck due to excessive force, causing the so-called incarcerated phimosis. The foreskin and glans will become swollen and painful, or even necrotic. In this case, it cannot be solved by just bleeding. Immediate treatment is required at this time. If the foreskin cannot be restored, it must be cut or removed immediately, otherwise there will be unfortunate consequences.
