Men and women have different sexual desire schedules

Women are like night owls, they are passionate in the bedroom at night, while men are most passionate in the early morning.

A recent study shows that women's sexual desire is strongest at 11:21 p.m., while men's sexual desire is strongest 15 hours earlier than women.

Their sexual desire is strongest at 7:54 in the morning. Even if women have been in the office all day or out running errands, their most passionate period of the day is between 11pm and 2am. The period when men's sexual desire is strongest is before noon, that is, between 6 and 9 in the morning.

It’s no wonder that some couples sometimes find it difficult to maintain a healthy sex life, after all, their sexual desires are strongest at different times.

68 percent of women and 63 percent of men have dated someone who had a completely different sexual phase. In a new survey of 2,300 people from sex toy company Lovehoney, it was found that the most passionate moments for men and women are different.

While men generally said they felt most horny in the early morning, only 11 percent of women felt the same way.

A woman's sexual desire gradually increases throughout the day and reaches its peak between 11pm and 2am. But only 16 percent of men said they wanted to have sex before going to bed.

The survey also found that people tend to be with partners who have a similar sex drive clock to themselves. Almost two-thirds of women and half of men said their sexual desire was the same as their current partner.

However, there are also big differences in the sexual desire changes of couples within a week.

Only half of the men said they had a very persistent sexual desire, while only 36 percent of the women felt the same way, with most saying they decided whether to have sex based on their mood.

Richard Longhurst, co-owner of Lovehoney, said: "This shows that sexual desire is very different between men and women. While men are ready to have sex before breakfast, women are more likely to want to have sex in the evening. However, the good news is that most people will be with someone who has similar sexual desires as them."
