The main cause of this phenomenon is too frequent sexual intercourse.

Dr. Ikeshita said that restoring vaginal elasticity is not as easy as imagined, but just a little exercise can greatly improve the pleasure of sexual intercourse. However, she does not advocate holding urine as a method of exercise, and only recommends doing appropriate contraction exercises after taking a shower or while riding in a car.

Holding urine while urinating can shrink the vagina

The most popular and effective way to contract the vaginal muscles nowadays is to hold urine and prolong the urination time as much as possible when urinating. This exercise method is favored by many women. Other proven methods include flexing your vaginal muscles, doing squats, contracting your buttocks muscles, and concentrating while masturbating.
