Contraceptive principles: ⑴ Inhibit ovulation; ⑵ Change the endometrium; ⑶ Change cervical mucus; ⑷ Change the peristalsis of the fallopian tube; ⑸ Affect sperm capacitation. Indications: It can be used by generally healthy women of childbearing age. Contraindications: acute and chronic hepatitis, nephritis, heart disease, heart failure, essential hypertension, diabetes, tuberculosis, cancer, hyperthyroidism, lactation, unexplained uterine bleeding and other diseases. Directions for use: Starting from the 5th day of menstruation, take 1 tablet orally every night for 22 consecutive days; about three or four days after stopping the medication, menstruation will come; then start taking the medicine for the next cycle from the 5th day of menstruation. If you miss a dose, you should take it within 12 hours to prevent contraceptive failure. Advantages and disadvantages: The advantages are high efficiency, reversibility, safety and simplicity. If taken correctly, the effectiveness is 100%. The disadvantage is that some individuals may experience early pregnancy-like reactions, irregular menstrual bleeding, decreased menstrual flow, or amenorrhea. Types of external contraceptives: external contraceptive films, external contraceptive tablets, external contraceptive suppositories, contraceptive jelly and contraceptive cream. Contraceptive principle: It has the effect of killing sperm. Indications: Those who are not suitable for or have contraindications to intrauterine contraceptive devices and oral contraceptives, newlyweds who do not want to have children for the time being, or breastfeeding women. Contraindications: Patients with suspected genital tract tumors or those who are allergic to spermicides or their additives. How to use: Insert deep into the vagina according to the prescribed method before each sexual intercourse. Advantages: little impact on the body, no side effects, no foreign body sensation, only needs to be used during sexual intercourse.
