After the redness and swelling subside, purulent secretions will flow out of the palpebral fissure, and the secretions contain a large number of gonococci.

Rectal syndrome

A type of sexually transmitted disease, it is a group of diseases with painful and itchy defecation and mucus in the stool as the main symptoms. It is more common in homosexuals with a history of rectal intercourse. A small number of patients are infected with gonococci in the reproductive tract and then spread to the rectum. The pathogens are mostly gonorrhea, Treponema pallidum, Chlamydia trachomatis, herpes simplex virus, etc.

Gonorrheal arthritis

40%-60% of patients with gonococcal arthritis are caused by infection with Neisseria gonorrhoeae. The disease is characterized by asymmetric affected joints, multi-joint disease, erythema pustules on the skin or tenosynovitis of the hands and feet before the onset of the disease. In 80% of patients, gonococci can be cultured from the cervix, rectum, urethra or pharynx.

Sexually transmitted diseases hepatitis

This disease is caused by the spread of sexually transmitted disease pathogens to the liver through the blood. Some patients show symptoms such as myopericarditis, pneumonia, etc.

Common symptoms include severe pain, tenderness and rebound pain in the right upper abdomen, accompanied by fever, lower abdominal pain and other symptoms of pelvic inflammatory disease, but without liver enlargement and acute abdomen with jaundice. The pathogens are gonorrhea, Chlamydia trachomatis or mycoplasma, etc.
