The most common contraceptive method in our lives is to use male condoms. This is also the main contraceptive method mentioned by many people. However, this method will have a certain impact on men’s sexual life. Many people will choose some other contraceptive methods to improve sexual pleasure. So what other contraceptive methods are there? In fact, taking birth control pills and adding an IUD both have very good effects.

1. Safe period contraception method: contraceptive success rate is 70% to 80%.

That is, using the menstrual cycle calculation method, basal body temperature measurement method or cervical mucus observation method, etc., to grasp the ovulation period of women, choose to have sexual intercourse during the non-ovulation period (that is, the safe period) and not have sexual intercourse during the ovulation period to prevent pregnancy, so that the sperm and egg miss the meeting. For women with regular menstruation, ovulation occurs approximately 14-16 days before the next estimated menstruation. The 2-3 days before and after this date are unsafe, and the rest of the days are safe periods.

2. External contraceptives - including contraceptive creams and films: contraceptive success rate is 70%-80%.

Before sexual intercourse, roll the film into a ball and put it into the vagina. It will take effect after it dissolves.

4. Liquid condoms: contraceptive success rate is over 96%.

Uses special thrusters. Three minutes before going to bed or having sex, inject 4.2 ml of the cream into the vagina at one time. The effect lasts for eight hours. This product has been tested by the National Family Planning Commission's Institute of Science and Technology and is found to kill 100% of human sperm within 1 minute. Women who wish to become pregnant are prohibited from using it. And follow the instructions!

In fact, there are many methods of contraception. In addition to using condoms, many people generally take birth control pills. Generally, most people do not have any major problems using birth control pills, but some women may experience side effects depending on their physical conditions. But the main thing is not to use them for a long time, otherwise it will easily affect your secretion.
